The difference between an average golfer who slices the ball and a professional golfer (Thorbjørn Olesen) who hits a draw is; mobility: Right elbow under left arm, elbows together, straight left arm throughout the impact, maintaining spine- and shoulder angle and having the eyes on the ball.
“Stop slicing the ball requires great mobility and that mobility is controlled by the body, not by technique.”
Ask yourself: Why do most golfers hit the ball with a slice? Why do not most golfers hit the ball with a draw?
The positions required to fix your slice and to remain in the correct swing plane, require a lot of mobility. The mobility you have when you are young, is usually not same when you start playing golf in the late middle ages. Besides, your backswing has nothing to do with your slice.
With my exercises and the knowledge, you will stop slicing the ball. I will demonstrate the correlation between body > mobility > movement. For every day you practice my exercises, you will slowly AND surely change your body’s mobility which ensures right positions to fix your slice.
What have an affect on your swing path:
1. Head position/eye on the ball through impact
2. Shoulder plane at impact
3. Right elbow position
4. Straight left arm and elbows together through impact
5. Swing through the ball, not to hit the ball
What you will get from me to succeed:
1. Knowledge and swing understanding
2. Swing exercises
3. Training exercises
4. Action plan/Training program
“You don’t swing to hit the ball, you swing through the ball.”
